You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be handled under our return policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded via your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note that transaction fees or payment gateway charges may not be refundable.

Special-order items or customized products are non-cancellable once processing has begun.
Bulk purchases for commercial use may be subject to separate cancellation terms.
